The Site & Developer

Copen Grand is a 99 years leasehold Executive Condominium located in the Forest District of Tengah Estate. Set along the future road of Tengah Garden Walk, the site was put up for Government Land Sales in 2021. The tender was close and announced by the Housing Development Board (HDB) on the 3rd of June 2021.
