Listed developer GuocoLand have announce its target launch of Martin Modern, which will be the latest new luxury condominium launch in district 9, to be set around the second half of the year. Located within close proximity to Robertson Quay just at the corner of Martin Place and River Valley Close, Martin Modern will comprise of 2 towers at 30 storey high, with a choice selection of 2 to 4 bedroom units ranging from 800 sqft to 1800 sqft. Martin Modern - Land Bid
Martin Modern Condo have attracted a total of 13 bids, with Guocoland coming in on top at $595.10 million, which translate to S$1,239 psf ppr. Coming in second is Hong Leong Group, at 1.2% lower. The remaining bids came below S$1200 psf ppr. The private residential site is located along Martin Place, sitting on a 99 years leasehold plot in district 9. This site is able to generate up to 450 residential units, and is a short walk away from Great World MRT station which is currently under construction. This station will be just a stop away from Orchard Station. Located nearby is the F&B belt over at Robertson Quay.
